Today, we are launching two new features that expand the intelligence available in the platform: Decision Making Unit (DMU) Intelligence and Comprehensive Company Reports.. Alongside this launch, we have refined several parts of the app to streamline your daily workflow.

Comprehensive Company Reports

A ready to print overview of financial and organisational information

Professionals often need a consolidated report for meetings, pitch decks or early stage due diligence. The new Company Report for Premium users feature delivers a full overview in one click.

Each report includes:

• Three years of financial data
• Full administrator and mandate information
• Organisational and shareholder details
• Availability in Dutch, French and English
• Access directly from every company profile

It is the fastest way to share a clear and reliable view of a company’s structure and performance.

Decision Making Unit Intelligence

A clearer picture of who truly shapes company decisions

Identifying the real decision makers inside a company often remains a challenge. Traditional registry data highlights legal administrators and shareholders, yet it rarely captures executives who do not hold equity or formal mandates. Many strategic influencers sit outside official filings, despite shaping budgets, acquisitions and long term planning.

To address this gap, openthebox is introducing DMU Intelligence, now available as a public beta for premium users.

DMU Intelligence analyses publicly available company websites to surface leadership signals beyond registry data. It identifies C-level executives and senior managers who influence decisions but may not appear in official mandates. Coverage is currently limited to a subset of companies where sufficient public information is available, and results may vary by company.

This feature is continuously being refined and expanded as data coverage, extraction and accuracy improve over time.

Why it matters

DMU Intelligence helps premium users focus on the people who actually drive decisions. Even in its beta phase, it reduces guesswork, sharpens targeting and accelerates commercial outreach where data is available.

• Coverage for a subset of companies with sufficient public website data

• A direct LinkedIn search button for each identified person
• A clean and intuitive list view in a dedicated tab

When available, DMU Intelligence gives premium users an immediate view of the decision-making landscape directly from the Mandates tab, with ongoing improvements rolling out over time.

Company Level Email Intelligence

You can once again access enriched email intelligence at the company level. This improvement gives you a broader set of contact points and speeds up outreach when you need to connect with the right people.

Cash Flow Statements for Smaller Entities

For Premium users, cash flow data is now available for companies that file shortened or micro accounts. This includes entities with revenue between 20,000 euro and 100,000 euro. The result is a clear view of liquidity and financial health even for the smallest businesses.

A More Streamlined Advanced Search

We redesigned the Advanced Search experience to make it faster and easier to navigate. Filters have been reorganised, the interface is more intuitive and you can find the insights you need with fewer clicks.
